Sri Murugan, Sri Valli, Sri Devasena Vigraham(Murthi) Fundraising
We plan to get Vigrahams (Murthis) of Sri Murugan accompanied by Sri Valli and Sri Devasena for our temple. We will get these Murtis custom made for us in India. The budget and fund raising goal to make this happen is $21000. We request devotees to contribute as possible. Thank you!!!
About the Deity: The Murugan deity will be similar to Tiruchendur moolavar. Sri Subramanya Swami is unique, not seen in any other temple. Swami has flower in his bottom right hand (for Pooja of Lord Shiva), a weapon (Kulisayutham) in upper right hand, Japamala in upper left hand, and his lower left hand is placed over his waist. In our temple, we will have Sri Valli and Sri Devasena on either side of the murthi.
